With 14 years of experience in generator set manufacturing, we supply generator sets from 10 kW to 3,000 kW for different power requirements and operating conditions. Available configurations include open-type, silent, mobile power station and containerized generator sets.

• Complete Generator Set: 12 months or 1,000 operating hours, whichever comes first.
• Engine: Warranty follows the original engine manufacturer's terms and applicable cooperation agreement.
• Service Response: Initial response within 24 hours; proposed solution within 72 hours after receiving the required fault information.
Technical Support
• Installation & Commissioning: Illustrated manuals, video guidance and remote engineer support.
• Fault Diagnosis: Troubleshooting based on photos, videos, controller alarm codes and operating information.
• Maintenance & Repair: Manuals, wiring diagrams, fault-code references and guidance for key component replacement.
• Routine Maintenance: Maintenance schedules covering 50, 250, 500 and 1,000 operating hours, according to the equipment configuration.
Spare Parts
• Common Parts: Filters, belts, batteries and sensors available for regular supply.
• Equipment-Specific Parts: Engine, controller and electrical components supplied according to the generator configuration.
• Combined Shipment: Spare parts can be packed with the generator in the same container where practical, reducing separate shipping arrangements.

Production & Assembly
Our production facilities support key manufacturing and assembly work, including generator set assembly, control system installation, electrical connections, enclosure preparation and finishing. Equipment and configurations are arranged according to the specified engine, alternator, controller and application requirements.

Located in Weifang, a major power equipment manufacturing area in China and within practical reach of Qingdao Port, the factory supports both standard equipment orders and customized projects for overseas customers.

Quality Control & Testing
Bofa Power carries out quality checks during production and before shipment, based on the confirmed generator configuration and order requirements.
Production Checks
We check key components and assembly, including the engine, alternator, controller, wiring, cooling system, fuel system and enclosure.
Generator Testing
Before shipment, generator sets are tested for starting performance, voltage, frequency, control functions, alarms and protection functions. Additional project-specific tests can be arranged when required.
Final Inspection
The completed generator set is checked against the confirmed specifications, including configuration, nameplate information, accessories, appearance and packaging before shipment.
